The legacy news media has been failing this country for many years. Many news outlets are no longer considered accurate or reliable. With so much news filtered through a biased, left, lens it has become difficult to discern reality from the emotional propaganda that dominates the media. Particularly in solid blue states like Washington and Oregon, opinions that range between moderate and mainstream to conservative are often censored. This publication aims to provide news, views, opinions, and perspectives for those who prefer their information remain outside the woke bubble.

Why this publication, why now?

For many years we have heard complaints about the lack of news coverage in states like Washington and Oregon. Political news is particularly biased or absent. These two states are completely controlled by liberal Democrats so the news is typically reported from that perspective.

Many people are tired of the weak and the woke. Americans are ready for an America first agenda. This publication will celebrate the real America - the one built by strong, independent, and honorable individuals. Real Americans that have been ignored, abandoned, or ridiculed as, “deplorable” called “garbage” or referred to as, “people who live in flyover country” need news that reflects their reality, not that of the elites and the Leftists in Portland and Seattle.

Outside of the liberal bubble, finding news is difficult. Centrists and conservatives in the Pacific Northwest are particularly challenged in finding news sources. Rather than continue paying for propaganda, more subscribers are abandoning newspapers in favor of videos, podcasts, or other online sources. Our goal is to be an aggregator of news to help make it more affordable and efficient for people to remain informed and engaged.

What kind of community are we looking for?

We are looking to build a community of respectful, interested, concerned individuals. We believe that all Americans should be knowledgeable about civics and engaged in the issues of our nation. We can relate to one another when we can speak civilly with one another. The Left prefers to yell, obstruct, and destroy. The Right needs to remain civil, but become more assertive. We have become complacent and comfortable while various entities with unscrupulous intent are encroaching upon our world. We all need to be informed, aware, educated, and prepared to defend our rights as Americans.

We plan to post full newsletter content at least two times per month. Subscriptions will be at no cost at this time. We hope many people sign up to receive the newsletter and then share it with friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues.

The focus of this publication is current events and news stories in the Pacific Northwest although some issues are national. We will try to cover politics and legislative action. Other areas of interest include education, ethics, and protecting our freedoms and liberties as American citizens.
